Weekly planning versus meeting report and todo list

It is good to start every week with a one-week-ahead-planning moment, and end the week with a looking-back-to-the-past-week moment to see how far you got (or did not get). At such moments, one needs to be able to quickly reflect across all projects what the urgencies are – and which of the priorities have changed in the meantime. That is orthogonal on the meeting reports and todo-lists, which makes it rather difficult to cope with the weekly planning. Flxion wants to overcome this burden with its MVP by the beginning of the summer.
